Chris King No Threadset:
Chris King is quite possibly one of the best headsets out there, atleast those are the rumors that I here. They have won multiple National Titles, World Titles, and even have a Tour or two under its belt for the headset manufacturer. But those are all just fluff compared to the product itself. We are talking quality here.
The Chris King NoThreadSet we have on test here features aluminum cups, bearing cap, and stem cap built around our stainless steel sealed bearings. This means no rust, no contamination, and more importantly no pitting of the races. Just smooth turning capabilities. Each NoThreadSet includes a stainless steel base plate and Chris King’s proprietary star nut with bolt to finish off the kit.
Our test model has been on for quite some time and not single problem. Installation was pretty straight forward, and everything is working like the day it was new. Chris King headsets carry a 10 year warranty … wow.
Looks are top notch themselves, with nine colors to choose from, all are available in standard sizes (1" and 1-1/8) to fit 99% of the bike out there. Colors are all anodized and seem to last as long as the bearings do and there should definitely be one to match your bike.
Overall great quality, high price, but they last forever so it is worth it. If you have the cash I would shell it out for one. If you don't have the cash, you have Christmas and Birthday.

Even the sealed, cartridge style bearings are made in-house and are hand-checked. Post-anodization laser-etching ensures crisp detail and durability of external marks.
